We ship the product only when we receive the payment.
Refunds are applicable within 12 hours from the payment that you have made.
Algae Plant
The algae plant must only be used for decoration. Do not put the algae plant into an aquarium with other animals. They are not intended for consumption: do not drink the water or eat the algae plant. For this reason, keep them out of reach of small children aged under 15 years old and pets. The algae plants are not dangerous (they are not known to be pathogenic). The liquid food may be toxic if ingested and therefore is not suited for consumption for you, your children or your pets.
Our algae plants are living organisms and shipping can be pretty stressful to them. For this reason, your order will generally be shipped at the beginning of the week, so they won't have to spend the weekend at the post office. If your order is time-sensitive, then please contact us at biobright.uk.help@gmail.com.
The algae plants don't cope well with extremely high or low temperatures, so if the weather is too hot or cold it may be necessary to delay your shipment for a few days. Of course, we will keep you updated on this.
We guarantee that the algae plant will reach you alive and well. Occasionally it happens that they die during shipment, for example, if it has been too warm or cold. If you think that the algae arrived dead, then contact us within 7 days after you received the shipment.
Please note that since the algae plants are living organisms, you cannot send the algae plant back for a refund if you change your mind after your purchase.

All damages caused by the shipping companies are not under our responsibility and therefore are not refundable.
